Effective 18 September 2026

Channel i USA wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions.

What we aim for

We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means: text and controls that meet contrast requirements, a visible focus outline on every interactive element, headings in a logical order, descriptive alternative text on images, labels on every form field, and a layout that works when text is enlarged or the window is narrow.

Video

Video on this site is hosted on YouTube and is loaded only when you choose to play it, so nothing starts moving or making sound on its own. Where captions exist on a video, they are available through the YouTube player.

Known limitations

Some older video carried from the network may not have captions. Some documents linked from this site were produced elsewhere and may not be fully accessible. We are working through both.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, email contact@channeli.us and describe the page and what went wrong, including the browser or assistive technology you use if you can. We aim to respond within five business days and will offer the information you were looking for in another format in the meantime.
